RETURN POLICY
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Returns are accepted for exchange or store credit within 14 days of in-store purchase or within 14 days of receiving your online order. Merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. Receipt or CC used must be present. No cash or card refunds. All sale items are final.
For online orders - email us to start a return. Please note: we do not offer pre-paid shipping labels for online returns. Please keep in mind that we are a small business. The cost of shipping items back to us will be deducted from the amount of your store credit. Items must arrive safely back to us to initiate the return process.
ONLINE ORDERS
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Please expect a few business days to process orders. We fulfill orders during store hours (Wed-Sun 11AM-6PM PST). We ship primarily via USPS and UPS. Tracking information will be provided via email once the order ships.
The store is on Winter Break from late December to late mid-January. (All orders placed then will be processed upon our return.)
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Orders generally arrive in about 2-7 business days after it has been shipped. There may be carrier delays especially during the busy holiday season.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping costs are based on weight of the package and distance to the shipping address. Please email us if you'd like a quote.
Store-pick-up is free and available Wed-Sun 11-6 (plus extended hours in December for the holidays).
DO YOU OFFER STORE PICK-UP OR DELIVERY?
Store-pick-up is free and available during store hours Wed-Sun 11-6. We are closed Mon-Tues. Select "Store pick up" at checkout and select a date/time. We are not currently offering local delivery.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Please contact us at hello@ps-sf.com to get a quote for international shipping.
MY PACKAGE IS LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED.
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please keep in mind that we are a small business. However, please email us at hello@ps-sf.com as soon as possible with your order number, any details, and photos (when necessary). We'll aim to find a reasonable compromise!
GIFT WRAPPING
DO YOU GIFT WRAP?
Yes! We can gift wrap items for a small fee. This includes items purchased elsewhere. Pricing depends on size and difficulty of the item. You are welcome to choose from our paper options or supply your own paper. Contact us for more info.
For online orders, select "This is a Gift" at checkout and "Gift Wrapping" will be added to the cart. Gift wrapping fee is per item. Please add the total qty of gift wrappings you'd like.
CAN YOU INCLUDE A GIFT MESSAGE WITH MY ORDER?
Yes! Add your message to the order comments at checkout. Or email your message along with your order number to hello@ps-sf.com. We can also handwrite messages in the greeting card(s) you purchase. Just let us know!

ARE YOU ACCEPTING NEW WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS?
Thank you for your interest! We are not currently accepting new wholesale accounts. Since we are a very small store, we are very limited in space.
However, feel free to fill out our vendor application form here , if you truly believe your products are a good fit for the store.
Please note that we tend to receive a large volume of requests and are not able to respond to everyone. We are very sorry!

GIFT CARDS
DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?
Yes! Click Here. For physical gift cards, please email or visit us in store.
If you are having issues with your gift card, please contact us! We just launched a new site and we are still figuring out gift card migration.
If have a physical or e-gift card purchased before 10/29/24, those gift cards are still valid in-store. However, if you'd like to redeem it online, please email us and we'll issue you a new gift card code.
So sorry for any inconvenience this may cause! Please reach out to us and we will help and resolve ASAP !
STAMP CARDS
I GOT A STAMP CARD IN-STORE. HOW CAN I USE IT ONLINE?
Email a photo of your stamp card to hello@ps-sf.com. If you have a full card, we'll send you a promo code to use online. Or if you have a stamp card filed at the store, email us your full name and associated order and we'll add stamps to your card.
CAN I COMBINE STAMP CARDS?
We can definitely consolidate your stamps across multiple cards! However, please note that customers can redeem only 1 full card (9 stamps) per visit. Customers are not able to redeem multiple full stamp cards in one visit. After redemption, If there are leftover stamps/cards, those can be used at the next visit and so on. Thank you for your understanding!
Afraid of losing your stamp card(s)? We are happy to keep your stamp cards at the store for you (SEE BELOW).
WHAT IF I LOST MY STAMP CARD?
Unfortunately, we can't recover lost stamp cards. The good news is they are easy to fill up! :)
If you are afraid of losing your stamp card(s), we are happy to keep your stamp cards at the store for you to use at your convenience whenever you shop at PS! Just ask us and we'll add your stamp card(s) to our filing system.
