Shipping

It generally takes 2-7 business days to ship out orders. Orders then typically arrive about 2-9 business days after it has been shipped.

Turnaround depends on shipping carrier/method chosen at checkout and on where the package is being sent to and its distance from San Francisco, CA. There also may be carrier delays especially during the busy holiday season. Tracking will be provided via email.

Returns

Returns are accepted for exchange or store credit only within 14 days of receiving your order. Merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. No cash or card refunds. All sale items are final.
