LOHN - Candle Care Set - Trimmer & Snuffer

Take care of your candles with LOHN's wick trimmer & snuffer set. Made with stainless steel and embossed with 'Scent your journey', these tools will help you prepare your candles for lighting and will safely extinguish them.

How to use trimmer: Before lighting your candle, trim the wick. Open your trimmer handles, bring the scissor blades to the wick, parallel with the wax, and trim the wick height to 1/4". Discard the trimmed wick. As a safety precaution, do not leave trimmings in the candle. Wipe clean after use.

How to use snuffer: Carefully cover the candle flame with the snuffer bell, ensuring not to dip the bell into the wax. Hold the snuffer bell in place until the flame is extinguished. Wipe clean after use.

Shipping

It typically takes 2-7 business days to ship out orders. We ship via USPS or UPS.

Once shipped, transit times can range from 1 -10 business days, depending on which shipping method is selected at checkout. 

The # of business days listed at checkout is only an ESTIMATE for arrival AFTER it's been packed and shipped by our team and is not guaranteed. Please note Monday-Friday are standard business days.

Tracking information will be provided via email when the order ships. Keep in mind that the shipping carrier may have delays processing shipments. This is out of our business's control.

NOTE: The store is closed for Winter Break from late December to mid-January. All orders placed during that window will be processed upon our return from Winter Break.

Returns

Returns are accepted for exchange or store credit only within 14 days of receiving your order. Merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. No cash or card refunds. All sale items are final.

Please note: we do not offer pre-paid shipping labels for online returns. The cost of shipping items back to us will be deducted from the amount of your store credit. Items must arrive safely back to us before store credit is granted.
